GHOSTIE/ FOR AI NERDS ↓ Download

Same ghost, different dial

Ghostwrite.

Turn on the AI side and Ghostie drafts replies in your own voice, reads the room before you send, and plugs your texts into Claude or Codex. It always proposes; you always approve. Bring your own key, or let Claude drive.

Drafts in your voice

Ghostie learns how you actually text, weird abbreviations included, and drafts replies that sound like you, not a chatbot. You approve, edit, or toss.

Plug into Claude & Codex

Read-only MCP servers for iMessage and WhatsApp. Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or any MCP agent can read and search; there is no send tool.

Staged drafts

Agents and AI features stage drafts into one approval queue. You review, then approve, edit, or toss. Hold-to-fire for anything outbound.

Bring your own key

Add your own API key and every AI feature is yours, unmetered. The key lives on your Mac, nowhere else.

Download Ghostie and finish the two-minute setup. It runs in your menu bar and holds the only Full Disk Access grant; your AI never needs one.

Open Settings → AI Tools and click "Add to Claude". Ghostie writes the MCP config for Claude Desktop or Claude Code itself.

Ask Claude anything about your texts. Reads come back instantly; anything outbound lands in your approval queue, labeled with who wrote it.

AI writes it. You send it. In that order.

The gate is not a setting you can forget about. It is the architecture: agents have no send capability, only the ability to propose. The send button belongs to a human with a mouse.
